Mr. Richard has been involved in the construction industry for 30 years. He has managed and overseen projects from ground-up highrise buildings to hotel renovation projects throughout the country.  Due to Mr. Richard’s extensive mechanical background, he supervised construction projects for one of the largest mechanical contractors in the US.  With his diverse background and dedication to construction he will be a valuable asset to our team.
