Our philosophy is hands on management. Beginning with the design phase of each project we carefully monitor the progress and facilitate the project execution. Plans and specifications are carefully reviewed and a detailed scope of work is created and distributed to the project manger and his or her staff – resulting in shared information between everyone involved.
